Entrepreneurship, generational wealth building, and community servitude are the cornerstones Danny Felton, Sr. lives by. A native South Floridian, Mr. Felton has been the President/CEO of The Experts, LLC, a full-service real estate conglomerate, for over 29 years; he deeply understands the value of financial literacy, homeownership, and generational wealth, from the knowledge gained as a Licensed Mortgage lender, Real Estate Broker, and HUD-certified Counselor serving thousands of families and people of color. This has enabled them to expand their vision of the future through homeownership and create wealth that will impact their families now and for future generations. Danny keeps his finger on the market's pulse by serving as the 1st Vice President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), the Premiere Network of Black Real Estate Professionals whose mission is to promote Democracy in Housing. He dedicates countless hours to training and educating others on the importance of achieving self-sufficiency through home ownership. In 2018, he launched the Oasis at Miami Gardens (OMG), a catalyst tool for economic development. OMG serves as an ecosystem for businesses to develop and foster an environment for entrepreneurs to create, collaborate, and scale businesses.

He is relentless in his passion and commitment to helping as many people as possible obtain and maintain the American Dream of homeownership. He devotes countless hours to training and educating others on the importance of becoming self-sufficient through homeownership. Danny is also involved with several youth-centered mentoring programs and other civic and social organizations. As a United States Veteran and a graduate of Barry University, Danny understands the value of service and community outreach. He is a Life Member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Because of his unwavering commitment to excellence, Danny has received local and national awards and honors.
